A Union of Bordeaux Wines and Cantonese Food

Join us for a great dinner at the newly open Cantonese restaurant Yan to discover how Bordeaux Wines pair with Cantonese Food.

Master Chef Chan Kung Lai has prepared a unique menu to highlight how great wines from the Bordeaux region magically pair traditional Cantonese dishes.

You will discover how Bordeaux can produce a wide range of taste and wines. During the evening we will introduce for the first time on ChateauAsia the world famous Chateau Monlot!

Chateau Monlot brings the best of France (the wines are directly supervised by Jean-Claude Berrouet) and China (the property is owned by the Chinese actress Zhao Wei).
During the evening you will be able to taste:
A Sommelier will introduce each wine and explain why it pairs with the dish.
